By commissioning {kaorichiyeko}, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Kaori reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any updates will apply to future commissions.

GENERAL RIGHTS:
β’ I reserve the right to refuse any commission.
β’ All artwork is SFW. I do not create NSFW or explicit material.
β’ I expect respectful communication. I will not work with individuals who are rude or disrespectful.
β’ Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, and background elements.
β’ My artwork may not be used in NFTs or blockchain-related projects.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS:
β’ The prices mentioned may vary depending upon the complexity of the illustration, portraits etc.
β’ Full payment is required upfront for orders under $100.
β’ For commissions over $100, I accept 50/50 payment plans.
β’ Accepted payment methods: PayPal (primary), Venmo, CashApp (upon request).
β’ Refunds are only possible before work begins. Once the commission has started, refunds are no longer available.
β’ If paying via payment plan, once the artwork is complete you will receive a watermarked low quality version. I will only send the unwatermarked final piece after the remaining payment is sent.
REVISIONS:
β’ WIPs (work-in-progress images) will be shared for feedback.
β’ Minor edits during early stages are free.
β’ Late-stage or major revisions may require an additional fee.
β’ Mistakes on my part (e.g., missing design details) will be corrected at no charge.
β’ No price is set in stone and I will charge more for complex character designs.
USAGE & COPYRIGHT:
β’ I retain full copyright to all artwork unless a buyout is purchased.
β’ Credit (βArt by @kaori_visualworksβ) is required when publishing or posting the artwork.
β’ The artwork may be used only by the original commissioner.
β’ I retain the right to display all commissioned work in my portfolio and on social media, unless an exclusive license is paid for.

β’ By default, commissions come with limited commercial use (such as use on book covers and promo).
β’ Additional commercial rights must be purchased based on intended usage.

FINAL CLAUSES: β’ No commissioned artwork may be used in AI tools, NFT projects, or resale platforms without express permission.β’ Each license is granted per artwork, not globally.β’ I reserve the right to decline commissions that conflict with my values or brand.β’ Commissioning me means you have read and agree to all terms in this document.
